Often your website is the first port of call for potential customers looking for information about your business. That’s why it’s so important to have a properly planned website built with your customer journey in mind, and that’s where we come in.
When you partner with our Birmingham web design agency you’ll get a website not only designed to fit your brand, but built to engage visitors and to make the next steps to becoming your customer as simple as possible.
Your website should be an asset to your business that brings in money. A well planned website can save you time and work as a 24/7 marketing machine that works for your business without you having to lift a finger.
Some of the things you could achieve from a new website design for your business:
Create a client portal or membership area
Allow customers to answer their own questions before they contact you.
Get rid of tyre-kickers by pre-qualifying all new leads
Reach a new audience and expand your market
Increase the number of people who find you through search engines.
Take bookings and set appointments for you and your team
- Integrate with tools and software you already use
Build an email list of potential customers that you can nurture over time using automation
Create a private staff area to share internal documents and information securely
Build forms for a number of use cases
- So much more!
We prefer to focus on your success rather than talk about the tech. If you are interested in the tech, when you partner with our Birmingham web design agency your website will be built on WordPress.
So what is WordPress? Your website will be built with growth in mind so that as your business grows your website can grow with you. For that reason, we use WordPress.
WordPress is an open-source content management system with a huge global community of developers and users. WordPress makes website editing easy and your team will be fully equipped with the tools, manuals, and training videos to help you along the way.
Your new website will come with a training manual and an intuitive admin area to make editing as easy as possible. You’ll also get access to our library of tutorial videos when you sign up for one of our website care plans.
Because some of our clients hate using technology or simply don’t have the time, we try to make things as simple as possible to get you off the ground running and make the whole website process as easy as possible.
When you become a client we’ll be happy to help you with organising or pointing you in the right direction for:
- Social Media
How We Work
We’ll go through an in-depth website brief to learn about your organisation and discover your goals for your website design project. You’ll be asked questions that may be difficult to answer but it’s designed to give us as much information about your organisation and what it is you’re trying to achieve so we can have a think about how we can help you achieve it.
Once you’ve provided us with all of the information we need, if we think we can help you achieve your goals and that we’re a good match, we’ll book a Discovery Session (using Zoom/Google Meets or similar) to go over the details before we put a website design proposal together outlining the work we’ll carry out for you and how much of an investment we require.
Using the information you provided us with in the brief, we’ll build a visual sitemap to make sure we are all on the same train of thought. Next, we’ll build a basic working prototype to demonstrate the basic look and feel of the website we plan to build for you. This will show you how our solution is going to work. Here’s one we put together earlier: http://bit.ly/2zaFt32
The fun bit. With the structure in place we start adding your content; your copy, your images, your logos, and more to bring your website design project to life and match your company branding.
With the finish line now in sight we get to work on testing to make sure everything works as it should and all links are pointing to the right place and that your tools/software/email systems are all integrated properly.
We don’t just wave goodbye once your final invoice is settled. You’ll receive your website manual to go through what you or your team need to do to maintain your site. When you choose a website care package we’ll start sending you monthly performance reports too.
How much, how long, what else?
Pricing – the part you don’t see on many Birmingham web design agency websites. But we’re different. Most of our website projects tend to start at around £2500 and range upward depending on your requirements.
Because we don’t offer off-the-shelf website design packages we consider the needs and goals of your business before giving any quote. The cost of your website can vary depending on a number of factors, just like a car.
If your business is a startup, a side hustle, or if this is your first website then we’re probably not the agency for you right now.
Your new website could be live in as little as 4-6 weeks from start to finish but each build varies depending on the size of the website, the number of stakeholders involved, the readiness of your content and on the various functions required.
When you think you’re ready to get started you’ll need to complete our website brief.
Once you’ve provided us with all of the information we need, if we think we can help you achieve your goals and that we’re a good match, we’ll arrange a Discovery Session to delve deeper into your business, your goals, and your ideas for your web design project.

You are expected to provide your content. We also work closely with a small number of expert copywriters and can include this in your quote as part of your overall project.
We prefer to use genuine photos of your organisations and services rather than stock images where possible. However, we can point you in the direction of our preferred stock photography libraries or arrange for a professional photographer to take high quality photos for your website.
