Discover

We’ll go through an in-depth website brief to learn about your organisation and discover your goals for your website design project. You’ll be asked questions that may be difficult to answer but it’s designed to give us as much information about your organisation and what it is you’re trying to achieve so we can have a think about how we can help you achieve it.

Define

Once you’ve provided us with all of the information we need, if we think we can help you achieve your goals and that we’re a good match, we’ll book a Discovery Session (using Zoom/Google Meets or similar) to go over the details before we put a website design proposal together outlining the work we’ll carry out for you and how much of an investment we require.

Develop

Using the information you provided us with in the brief, we’ll build a visual sitemap to make sure we are all on the same train of thought. Next, we’ll build a basic working prototype to demonstrate the basic look and feel of the website we plan to build for you. This will show you how our solution is going to work. Design

The fun bit. With the structure in place we start adding your content; your copy, your images, your logos, and more to bring your website design project to life and match your company branding.

Deploy

With the finish line now in sight we get to work on testing to make sure everything works as it should and all links are pointing to the right place and that your tools/software/email systems are all integrated properly.

Deliver

We don’t just wave goodbye once your final invoice is settled. You’ll receive your website manual to go through what you or your team need to do to maintain your site. When you choose a website care package we’ll start sending you monthly performance reports too.

A Content Management System allows you to easily edit and add to the content of your website yourself, without the need for any coding skills. A CMS allows you to add pages, blog posts, images, or products to your website. No additional software is required – all you need is access to the internet.

Yes, we can include social media management and email marketing services as part of your website project.

You are expected to provide your content. Whilst we don’t directly write your copy, we’re happy to advise on small amendments to your own copy to help you achieve better results in the search engines. We also work closely with a small number of expert copywriters and can include this in your quote as part of your overall project.

We prefer to use genuine photos of your organisations and services rather than stock images where possible. However, we can point you in the direction of our preferred stock photography libraries or arrange for a professional photographer to take high quality photos for your website.
