Before we know if we're going to work together we'll have an initial chat to briefly discuss your web design project, your business, and your goals.
If we like the sound of each other and think we'll be a good fit to work together, we're good to go.
And if we don't like each other? Let's not make it awkward; we're all grown ups here.
Assuming we hit it off over the phone, the first thing we do when we begin working together is set up your Website Planning Workshop to go over your business, your objectives, and your project. We'll then create a detailed web design brief outlining the scope of your project, what needs to be done, and when.
Your web design brief is yours to keep, and you'll be free to give it to another web design firm or freelance website developer if you decide we're not the best fit for your project.
Next, we'll introduce you to your custom portal, where you can talk to us, exchange files, and discover all of your web design project's documents.
We'll conduct research on your company, the sector it operates in, and your competitors. You can use your website worksheets and guides to create website content during the first few weeks.
Before we begin working on the functionality of your website, we'll create an initial sitemap with you. Finally, we'll tackle the overall design, adding your content.
Then we'll schedule a catchup meeting to talk about where we're at and any comments you may have.
We'll make any changes and work on the behind the scenes stuff, such as setting up website analytics, integrating software and optimising your website for search engines.
Before the big launch, your new website will be thoroughly tested, and you'll have access to the backend of your site throughout.
