Why do I need a Website Planning Workshop?
Your Website Planning Workshop starts with a virtual meeting where we will discuss your plans for your new website and dig deeper into your business and your goals.
We’ll work with you to fully understand everything that you need and explain how this can come together from a technical perspective.
After the meeting, we’ll provide you with a project brief that you can use with us or any other web designer or digital marketing agency. If you decide to work with us, the cost of your Website Planning Workshop will be deducted from your website design project.
How much does website design cost?
Most of our web design projects tend to start at £2000 and range upward depending on your requirements.
Because we don't provide pre-designed website design packages, we'll need to speak with you and get a better understanding of your company and your goals before giving you a quote. The price of your website may differ considerably based on a variety of factors, much like a car or a house.
You’ll also need to factor in any ongoing costs for renewing software licences and for regular website maintenance.
Can you redesign an existing website?
We can take a look at your current website and offer you some suggestions on what needs to be improved. You may choose to either rebuild or update your present website based on this feedback.
Are you able to build new pages to blend in with our current website?
This isn't an issue if you've just completed a website project and need to add new pages in the same style as your existing one.
Are you able to offer ongoing website support and maintenance once it's up and running?
Once your website is launched we take on the responsibility of maintaining your website and updating it as needed, so that it continues to be secure, up to date and running smoothly.
If you wish to handle your website in-house, our team of techies can help. All of our websites are developed on WordPress, giving you the flexibility to simply add, change, and update your site as desired.

How quickly can you build and launch my website?
A basic website may be up and running in as little as 3-5 weeks, but a typical project usually takes 8-12 weeks from start to finish. Each website build is different and dependent on the size of the site, the readiness of your content, and any additional functions required.
This might include hiring a photographer, finding and editing stock photos, creating and editing your content, and more.
Can you provide any website training?
Yes, you will receive a WordPress website training manual on how to edit and add content to your website as well as how to maintain it as part of your website design package. You’ll also get access to an expansive library of WordPress tutorial videos.
For an additional fee, we can provide more in-depth website training or assistance for you or your team.
Do you offer logo design or branding services?
We prefer to continue doing what we do best: producing result-driven websites and putting in place the digital marketing strategies required to grow your company.
We don't provide logo or graphic design as services on their own, since these are better handled by graphic designers or branding agencies. However, if your company lacks suitable visual assets for your website, we may provide logo design and graphic design as part of a complete project.
Alternatively, we can introduce you to some of the fantastic graphic designers we’ve worked with on previous projects.

Is search engine optimisation included with a web design package?
As part of the site construction process, your new website and content will be carefully optimised to improve your search engine rankings and rank highly in Google searches for relevant keywords related to your sector.
We'll work with you to develop a strategy that will help ensure your new website gets off to the best possible start in terms of SEO.
We need a website that is professionally built and optimised for search engines. Can you guarantee that we appear on the top page of Google?
To put it another way, no. Let's not dance around the bush. While we will develop your website with search engines in mind to assist you to gain the highest possible ranking on Google and other search engines as quickly as possible, achieving the top spot for certain keywords is a long process that does not happen overnight.
We may put in place an ongoing SEO strategy to help you get the most out of your site.
You should be cautious of any SEO agency or web designer offering guaranteed first-page positions on Google. These are usually unrealistic promises with no basis in reality, since search engines change their algorithms frequently.
Can you provide the written content for our website?

What is a domain name, and how do I get one?
A domain name is the web address where your website is located i.e www.my-business-name.com.
You should register a suitable domain name for your business and add it to our project proposal when we get started since this will require an additional payment depending on the term you choose (1, 2 or 5 years).
If you do not already own your domain, we recommend that you register one with a domain registrar such as Crazy Domains or NameCheap.
What about hosting services?
When you buy a domain name, you'll need to choose a hosting solution that will allow your website to be viewed on the internet.
For the duration of your website care and maintenance plan, your website will be hosted and maintained on one of our high-performance cloud servers.
Will you integrate my website with social media?
We can set up social sharing for you to enable visitors to share your great content easily. We can also assist you with developing a social media strategy which could include writing posts, responding to comments, monitoring hashtags, and posting regular updates.
What about mobile responsiveness?
