Sophie at Skinfinity Aesthetics contacted us because their website just wasn’t working for her business. The old website was outdated, difficult to navigate and did nothing for generating new leads.
Our brief was to build a new website to make their process clear and easy for their customers and ultimately, to generate new leads.
After a discovery session with Sophie we found out that customers struggled to find information online and that the website brought in no new business. We agreed to build a new modern website to make their process clear and easy for existing customers as well as potential customers.
As part of the new website we included clear calls to action throughout and made the journey easy for customers. A booking system was built to make it easy for staff members and customers to book treatments and make full or partial payments online. The system is currently being used in the backend only to allow staff to control the booking process but can easily be rolled out for customers to use. The booking system includes SMS alerts to remind customers of their upcoming appointments.
